DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: A $2,199 deposit secures your reservation! SPACE IS LIMITED. Reservations are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS according to date of registration. Registrations with a credit card payment of the deposit confirms your space immediately; we accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Those paying the deposit by bank wire, your registration will be booked and held for seven calendar days pending receipt of your deposit payment, after which you will be sent a confirmation of receipt of your deposit. (If you wish to pay by bank wire transfer, please contact our office for details.) Final payment is due by September 26, 2022. If the final payment is not received 10 days after the payment due date, and required documents are not returned on time, reservations are subject to a $100 late fee, and may be subject to cancellation. Final payments can be paid with a bank wire or by credit card. For final payment by credit card, the tour price is $5,523.

Day 1, Nov. 26: Depart East Coast for Cairo, Egypt.

Day 2, Nov. 27: Arrive in Cairo and check into your 4-star deluxe hotel in the Great Pyramid area. Short gathering and orientation in the early evening.

Day 3, Nov. 28: Enjoy an extensive tour of the newly opened Great Egyptian Museum, scheduled to open November 2022. The largest archaeological museum in the world, it houses artifacts of ancient Egypt, including the complete Tutankhamun collection; many pieces are displayed for the first time. (B)

Day 4, Nov. 29: Early morning visit to experience the Great Pyramid and the timeless & mysterious Sphinx, both awe-inspiring magnificent ancient sites. Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, transfer to board your 5-star luxurious boutique sailing boat, your “home” for the next 7 nights. Day 5, Nov. 30: Experience the special energies at the temple of the goddess Isis, as we visit the island of Philae on our privately chartered water taxi. Day 6, Dec. 1: Experience the small but important site of Kom Ombo, a famous healing temple in ancient days. The temple is unique because it is in fact a double temple dedicated to two gods: Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god.

The layout combines two temples in one with each side having its own gateways and chapels. This ancient Egyptian place of worship features a unique engraving that is thought to be among the first representations of medical and surgical instruments. (B/L/D)

Day 8, Dec. 3: Disembark for the over 2500-year-old magnificent Temple at Edfu. Enjoy a calesh (horse and buggy ride) from the boat to the temple. Day 9, Dec. 4: After sailing through the lock at Esna, arrive in Luxor, and dock. Luxor, ancient Thebes, contains 80% of the world’s antiquities. Experience the ‘living’ temple of Man, Luxor Temple. Day 10, Dec. 5: Enjoy a special experience at Dendera, a wondrous site where you will visit the temple of Hathor and experience its special energy. Hathor is the goddess of love and joy, music and dance. The ancient Egyptians called this temple Heaven on Earth. One of the most well-preserved temples in all of Egypt, Dendera is a marvel to explore, with ceilings and rooms intricately carved. The restored ceilings with their gorgeous colored hieroglyphs are stunning. Also here is the famous Zodiac ceiling, a circular, sandstone bas-relief planisphere depicting a combination star map and astrological chart. Day 8/Feb. 9: Sail overnight along the river. (B/L/D)

Day 9/Feb. 10: After sailing through the lock at Esna, disembark for the over 2500-year-old magnificent Temple at Edfu. Enjoy a calesh (horse and buggy ride) from the boat to the temple. Edfu Temple is the best preserved of all ancient Egyptian temples and is dedicated to the god Horus, the falcon-headed god. Embark the boat sailing overnight along the river. (B/L/D)

Day 10/Feb. 11: Experience the small but important site of Kom Ombo, a famous healing temple in ancient days. The temple is unique because it is in fact a double temple dedicated to two gods: Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god.

The layout combines two temples in one with each side having its own gateways and chapels. This ancient Egyptian place of worship features a unique engraving that is thought to be among the first representations of medical and surgical instruments. (B/L/D)

Day 11/Feb. 12: Arrive in Aswan. Experience the special energies at the temple of the goddess Isis, as we visit the island of Philae on our privately chartered water taxi. Isis is regarded as the goddess of medicine and healing and great magic. Philae Temple is considered by many to be the most beautiful temple of Egypt.

Later, explore Aswan, southern Egypt’s strategic and commercial gateway since antiquity. Enjoy a walking tour throughout the traditional market and bazaar with exotic wonderful shopping opportunities. Farewell dinner. (B/L/D)
